Membranes modified with SBS bitumen
Elastomeric hydroinsulation membranes, also known as SBS membranes, boast high quality due to their reinforcement with non-woven polyester bituminous tarpaulin, ensuring reliable waterproofing and resistance to external climatic conditions. They are used as either a primary or intermediate layer in multilayer roof waterproofing systems, as well as for roofs requiring surface protection and waterproofing of building structures. They are available in a wide range of thicknesses, types, and reinforcement densities, allowing for versatile applications. These membranes are installed on flat roofs of new constructions, for repairing old roofs, bridges, and tunnels.
It is laid by gas torch heating or by mechanical fixing.
They withstand temperatures down to -20°C.
